Recently, we had the pleasure of seeing BADBADNOTGOOD's Blue Note Residency, where the Canadian trio showcased their talent alongside a lineup of esteemed musicians. Legendary French artist Stephane San, American drummer Julius Rodriguez, saxophonist Immanuel Wilkins—known for his work with Solange—and multi-instrumentalist Keenyn Omari, recognized for collaborations with Madlib and Talib, all joined them on stage.
The week-long residency was special, featuring the trio's current live band members: Leland Whitty, Al Sow, and Chester Hansen- enhanced by Kae Murphy on trumpet, Juan Carlos Medrano Magallense on percussion, and Felix Fox-Pappas on keys and synth.
